Damienne Pradier

Damienne is a Melbourne based Producer/Curator who has a professional visual arts background as a jewellery maker and painter.  Damienne is currently in production producing a Documentary, ‘Laurel’s Story- from Sapphire to Saigon’ and developing two TV Series, Eden and artEFFECT.  She is currently producing 'First Nations on Film' as part of YIRRAMBOI 2019, a five day film festival curated by Tony Briggs. She is also producing two short films and two talks per year at ACMI's 'In Conversation' Series.


Beck Cole

Guest lecturer 

Beck Cole is a filmmaker and screenwriter who hails from Alice Springs. Her work has screened all over the world; Sundance Film Festival, Telluride Film Festival, Sydney Film Festival, Adelaide Film Festival and the Montreal Film Festival to name a few. Her writer/director work includes the feature film “Here I Am” (2012) and shorts "Plains Empty” and “Flat”. Her Documentary work includes “Making Samson & Delilah”, "First Australians; The Untold story of Australia”, “Lore of Love” and “Wirriya; small boy”. Recently Beck co-directed “Black Comedy”, "Redfern Now" and "The Warriors" for ABCTV.


Andrea Buck

Andrea has worked as a film producer, writer and development executive in Australia, Hollywood and South Africa. Her film The Jammed broke box office records and won a sweep of awards including Best Script, Best Music and Best Film at the 2007 INSIDE FILM Awards, as well as seven AFI Award nominations. Andrea holds a Masters in Screen Art & Business from AFTRS, and is a TEDx Speaker and speaker coach.
